Unable To Access Orchestrator After Updating Windows AD And Robot Password

Fix for post updating of Windows AD credentials and Robot credentials, unable to access Orchestrator.

Post updating of Windows AD credentials and Robot credentials, not able to access Orchestrator.

Resolution:

  1. In IIS, Under Application Pools, update the password in the 3 sites,
  • Identitity
  • UiPath Orchestrator
  • Webhooks
  1. And restart the Orchestrator server

Ex.: Right click on Identity, click on Advanced Settings, click on 3 dots at the right side, click on Set and set the Username and password, follow this for UiPath Orchestrator and Webhooks as well.
