Unable to access Microsoft Nav form components. UiPath indicates form as image

Hi,

I am trying to automate Orders forms in Microsoft Nav desktop application. Navigation and menu items are are recognized as elements and are working fine. But when I open Order form, the entire form is identified as one image and the fields inside the form are inaccessible. I have tried accessing the fields using UiExplorer and also tried find children activity. But no luck.

Please help if any one knows about this issue. Thanks in advance.
