Unable to access custom tables on Insights Portal

I have whitelisted certain queues and processes whose data I want to view as custom tables in insights but these tables don’t show up in the insights portal. I have also rebuilt the cube but it still doesn’t fix this problem. What could be the issue?

it could be a lot of reasons. First and foremost - are you sure those queues/processes have data? If you’re not seeing any tables at all even for those that do have data it sounds like something’s gone wrong. I would look through Troubleshooting and make sure you’ve checked off all the options here, and if nothing else works then you should file a ticket with support.
