Why can't Automation suite URL be accessed?

Issue Description:

Unable to access the Automation Suite URL.

Resolution:

Upon reviewing the customer's infrastructure changes, we discovered that the SQL app registration secret had been renewed. As a result, the Automation Suite (AS) URL became inaccessible. To resolve this, we manually updated the password in the input.json file and executed the necessary command to sync the configuration.

Steps to Update the Password in input.json:

  1. Connect to Azure CLI and Update the Configuration:

    Once connected to Azure CLI from the local machine, open the input.json file and update the password in the SQL section, as shown below:

  2. Apply the Configuration Changes:

    After updating the password, run the following command to apply the configuration and sync the changes:

    ./uipathctl manifest apply input.json --versions versions.json

    Once the changes are successfully applied and synced, the Automation Suite URL becomes accessible again.
