UIROBOT Setting Popup

UIRobot setting popup is not showing in my machine Windows 10. I am unable to connect my Robot to Orchestrator. . I have Robot version 2018.1.4. Can anyone help? UIROBOT is showing in system tray but when I am clicking setting option the setting popup is not opening. Please suggest.

Navigate to ‘C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\UiPath\app-18.2.3’ and Run UiRobot.exe It should start UiPath Robot in system tray. Thanks, Rammohan B.

Don’t launch UiPath in admin mode, just open it as a user,

I am having the same issue. I do not see the UiPath folder on my C Drive in either Program Files folders to accomplish what I have read here. I am using the Community Edition of studio and have setup a tenant, but I still cannot get a robot icon in the system tray. I am in the process of teaching myself UiPath through the training modules and completed studio, Trying to now complete the Orchestrator, but I am stuck at this point. I am using Windows 7 as my OS.

I don’t see UIRobot setting Icon in system tray. I am not sure if UiRobot.exe got installed. Is there a way to find out or reinstall Ui robot is it was not installed previously ? I have 2018.1.2 studio edition.

Start Uipath Robot from Administrative tools (Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Administrative Tools)>Services.

Hi,

your solution is for how to get robot icon in system tray, but our question is we have robot icon in system tray but Uipath robot setting are not popping (the place where we connect the BOT to orchestrator)

You need to do open as administrator.
