UIRobot Key not found in orchestrator

Hi Team,

When i am trying to connect the robot with orchestrator i am not able to find the orchestrator key to give Robot key.
Can someone please help me.Its urgent.
In the previous versions we used to get the robot key by creating robots in this new version 2018.3.2 i am unable to find the key value in the orchestrator.

You will find the key in the Machines tab under Robots on the home page.

On the machines page your machine will be listed and you can click on view details to get the key

I had the same problem so I tryed to create various amount of robots in order to get an Key, and now that I found that I should get the robot key from the machine menú, I’m unable to create an robot because I get the following error:

“No avaible licenses: the number of new machines slots would exceed the total license count (#1916)”.

Does any1 know how can I solve this? There is any way to reset my account on UiPath so I can start the advanced learning training (level 3) ?

I know, the problema now is not the key, the problem is that I cannot add any robot because I get the following error:

You can simply remove the assigned robot in the Robots tab by clicking here:

I don’t have any robot assigned so I can’t remove any, the problem is that, I can’t add any robot, I always get that error I said before.

Hello @Insignia8,

You are probably trying to provision a non-production/unattended robot. Unfortunately, you only have 2 development licenses available, so just try to provision and use a development robot.
