UiRobot Disconnected - Robot Unavailable : Robot does not exist

Can you please tell me step by step how I can navigate to that version? I don’t seem to have another version in that location.

  1. do a win+e, then paste %Userprofile%\AppData\Local\UiPath\ in the path
  2. share what versions you have for the folders starting with ‘app-18’

ctrl + takes me to bing.

ctrl + e

sorry do a win+e

“share what versions you have for the folders starting with ‘app-18’”

The folder says 18.3.0

ok so you have only one.
Can you hover you mouse over Status, bottom left and share what the message is?

“Robot does not exist”

can you do a ‘whoami’ in cmd/command-prompt and share what the output is?

cisco/bamdahl

do I need to use the screen name cisco/bamdahl instead of bamdahl?

yup

Where do I change that?

In Orchestrator, username keep this value and password is what you use to login to your system.

Just did and refreshed and I’m encountering the same issue.

Connect the robot from tray again

It just started working! Thank you!

Perfect!

Resolution ToDos:

  1. Use ‘whoami’ in command-prompt to get the username for the robot and pass your windows login password(if any)
  2. Use ‘hostname’ in command-promt to get your machine name
  3. Use any url - https://platform.uipath.com/ or https://demo.uipath.com/
  4. Paste the machine key from Orchestrator>Machines tab > Details icon
  5. Disconnect from VPN (if any connected)
