"uiPathApi is not found" error when using html for Forms

Hi, Forum

I faced an error saying “UiPath is not found” while testing the HTML page loaded by Forms activity.

There’s no error happens when the page is manually loaded.
Can anyone guide me to the possible root cause?

As per error

1. Some file respurce you are trying to load is not found…may be a local resource is referenced…
2. And one of script or event you used is not defined…the script is not included in the file
