UiPathの標準的な設計書の構成は？

UiPathの標準的な設計書の構成を知りたく
「UiPath メソトロジー2.1」をダウンロードして中のドキュメントを拝見したのですが、
シナリオ設計書にあたるドキュメントは下記でしょうか？
「MPR-DV-4010_Development Specifications Document(AR)【業務名】_ver2.1.0」

またこのファイルの中身を見るとフロー図ではなく操作手順を文字ベースで記載しているようですがこちらが標準的な設計書の記載方法なのでしょうか？

今までフロー図でしか作成したことがなかったため、どちらが標準的な書き方なのかをご教示いただきたいです。またフロー図ベースのRPA設計書の構成が分かるドキュメントがあれば知りたいです。

今までフロー図でしか作成したことがなかったため、どちらが標準的な書き方なのかをご教示いただきたいです。

上記のメソドロジーですと、フローはPDD(MPR-BA-3020_ProcessDefinitionDocument)で定義され、BAの仕事です。MPR-DV-4010_Development Specifications DocumentはDeveloperが作成する実装仕様です。

どちらが標準的な書き方なのか

規模や業種、求めるサービスレベルなどによって、どの程度のドキュメントが必要となってくるかは一概には言えないと思います。上記メソドロジーはロールを明確に分けていますので、比較的組織的に自動化を進める際にも使えるようになっていると思いますが、必ずこのようにしなければならないわけではなく、プロジェクトの性格によってテーラリングしてもよいと思います。
