For a small team of RPA Developers what is the best practice to attend Walkthrough Meetings? Is it through recording or involving all the Developers in the walkthrough meetings?
I have been recording the walkthrough and meeting with Stakeholders with collective set of questions from the developers or having the assigned developer setup the follow-up meetings with the stakeholders. This has been helping me in the past with my productivity as a Team Lead. However, what is the best way for any developer to stay on top of the end-end process.
Involving all the Developers in the walkthrough meetings would be more productive than recording.
@Pramod_Nannaka Thanks, how about initial walkthrough meetings for a small process involving one application with two pages to navigate. For complex process I have been including all the developers.
That’s fine. Complex process needs more attention and involving everyone in the initial stage will give them good understanding and help them plan for design.
Hello @icehouselux
Is there any BA involved in the team? If yes, it’s better if they can play a mediator role to conduct the meetings along with developers and stakeholders.
Thanks
