UiPath upload data to OneDrive Excel having Upload Blocked error

Error message from Excel as below:
UPLOAD BLOCKED We ran into a problem with this file and can’t save any new changes. Please save a copy to avoid losing your work.

Brief background:
It is an excel in OneDrive that user and robot can access, it has 5 sheets, and the file size is around 5mb.

Affect:
Robot can’t see what user upload, and user can’t see what robot upload.
This is not UiPath error, the robot grab data uploaded by user as usual, however user uploaded data is blocked by excel, robot see no changes and end the process.

Attempt solution:
This excel error gave us 2 options, save a copy, or discard change.
We save a copy, then discard change. Then we reconnect onedrive and restart pc. The upload blocked error is then gone. However, it pops again after few days.

Questions:
1.) Why is this happening?
2.) How to solve this?

Hi!

Unfortunately alot of issues can occur when dealing with files on OneDrive.
There might be sync conflicts, autosave conflicts or network issues that could disrupt syncing.

How are you using OneDrive, via just a file path or through 365 activities?
