UiPath upgrade from 2021.4 to 2022.10

Hello Team,

We are in the process of upgrading our UiPath environment to 2022.10 version.

We have setup new server for 2022.10 version and would like to migrate data from the old environment.

What is the best approach in doing the content migration from version 2021.4 to 2022.10 on-premise.

can we use Using the Migration Tool for performing the on-premise(2021.4) to on-premise(2022.10) migration? or do we need to perform the DB backup and restore?

also would like to understand if we face any compatibility issues for any deployed robots in the new version.
