UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities 26.10.0 stuck downloading in template setup

I’m trying to create a project from the “Table Data Extraction for Sales Opportunities to Excel workbook” template in Studio Web, as required for my UiPath Academy course. The “Installing dependencies” step gets stuck indefinitely on UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities (version 26.10.0) or Microsoft 365

What I’ve observed:

All other dependencies install successfully: Microsoft 365 (3.10.10), UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.Activities (3.4.0-preview), UiPath.WebAPI.Activities (2.5.2), UiPath.System.Activities (26.6.2)
fails to complete — it stays stuck on “Downloading packages” indefinitely (tried waiting 60+ minutes multiple times)
This happens consistently, across multiple attempts

Troubleshooting already tried:

Hard refresh and full browser cache clear
Different browser / incognito mode
Switching networks (wifi and mobile hotspot)
Logging out and logging back in
Retrying the template install multiple times over several attempts

Impact: This is blocking me from starting a mandatory course project that requires this exact template.

Environment: Studio Web (browser-based)

Could you please check if this specific package version has an issue on the feed, or advise a workaround?

@loginerror please assist on this!

Hi @Shreya_Aggarwal,

Since you have already tried different browsers, networks, cache clearing, and restarting, it looks more like a package/feed issue than a browser issue.

You can try:

  1. Close Studio Web and reopen it.

  2. Try creating the template again after some time.

  3. If possible, try another Studio Web template to check whether dependencies download correctly.

  4. If only UiPath.UIAutomation.Activities 26.10.0 gets stuck, it could be an issue with that package/version or the package feed.

  5. If the issue continues, I would recommend reporting it to UiPath Support/Community with the screenshot and exact package version.

Since this is an Academy-required template, it may also be worth checking whether the course team has an updated template or workaround.

Hope this helps!
