I am getting the below error while clicking the “Start Free License” button after installing the UiPath - Trial Edition.
“There was an error trying to reach the activation server. You might be behind a firewall. Please contact your network administrator and retry later. Optionally you can try Manual activation”.
What needs to be done to resolve this?.
My Network/IT support suggests that separate proxy configuration need to be available in UiPath. Anything of that sort is available in UiPath configuration files?.
Is there any other URL apart from www.nalpeiron.com that needs to be whitelisted?.
Whether any log file is available to get more information on this?.
Hi! I have the same problem since recently with the UiPath Community Edition. I have already refreshed the license without any effect. Manual activation doesn’t work with the CE. There have not been any changes to the firewall.
if you are working behind firewall ask your network admin to allow the activation server url.
or
you can try with Manuel activation if there is no firewall
or
if still not able to then create a ticket on Uipath Helpdesk and they will give u trial code.
