Is it possible to create a template for Libraries?
We have a fixed set of rules for our libraries (log messages, arguments etc.), that we would like our citizen developers to abide by.
It seems that you’re only able to chose “proces” or “test-automation” when choosing to create a new template.

It’s still not possible to create a template for Libraries. We can choose between a Process and a Test Automation type of template only.
You can use workaround like create a template boilerplate with all required log messages, arguments etc. and save it to central location like code repository, SharePoint, Sharedrive etc. Use this for every new development.
