UiPath Support Ticket issue - Invalid email domain for your account!

Hi Team,

Yesterday i have created support first ticket in uipath.But still now i have not receive any updated from there.Why?

Please help me

Discuss your issue with your UiPath Sales Account representative. It seems you used an invalid email address for your selected account or the account details are not registered yet in the account portal.

Ok ,After creating ticket in uipath.I have received acknowledge mail from uipath support team ,then why it showing like this.

Give me the ticket number and will see if the ticket was created and which it is status.

Your ticket is assigned to a Sales/Licensing specialist. Wait for an answer from them.
