Tengo la consulta de si se puede automatizar un resumen de Reunión diariamente, con el siguiente formato que tiene la foto adjuntada.

Por otro lado, la automatización debería permitir agregar en la sección de “puntos importantes” viñetas con sus respectivos temas(como en el caso del ejemplo de Cortana), y también en la sección de “Próximos Pasos” además de agregar sus viñetas con sus nuevos temas, cambiar por cumplido o pendiente las tareas y agregar a la persona responsable(con su nombre).

En caso de poder automatizar esto, como podría hacerlo? Desde ya muchas gracias!!!
