UiPath Crashes when Recording

I wanted to give an update. I ended up opening a ticket with support. Support was able to find a number of issues. I have a Windows 10 Enterprise edition. With the Win10 build I’m on, it comes with a very bare bones .Net 4.7 (not an actual full install). My company also installs 4.5 as part of the build of our laptops/desktops. UIPath crashes during recording

Hi I have UIPath 2018.3 and I try to record notepad as shown in the video tutorial. I start recording but when I click inside notepad, UIPath closes automatically without any error. The same happens even if I try to record any other application. As soon as I make click and start typing UIPath crashes.
