UiPath Studio sign-in fails — Automation Cloud tenant not provisioned

Hello,

After signing up with Google, I am unable to sign in to UiPath Studio.
Studio redirects to the browser for login, login succeeds, but Studio never completes sign-in and keeps loading.

The Automation Cloud dashboard at https://cloud.uipath.com also never loads.

I have tried:

  • Multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge)
  • Incognito mode
  • Different networks
  • Reinstalling UiPath Studio and Assistant
  • Deleting leftover folders and credentials

Nothing worked. Please help provision my Automation Cloud tenant so I can connect Studio properly.

Are you able to login to orchestrator manually?

If stuck on loading, try Sign In with Email and Password instead of Google (you can set a password in Automation Cloud under Account Settings → Security).

Can you try to login using same username and password through wich you signed in.

Else, try to raise a support ticket with UiPath.

  1. Log out completely from UiPath Assistant and Studio
  2. Clear browser cache and cookies for uipath.com
  3. Open this URL directly in browser and check if it loads:
    https://cloud.uipath.com
  • If it keeps loading or shows blank, the tenant is not properly provisioned
  1. Try signing in using a non-Google email/password (if possible) to confirm it’s a Google SSO issue

If the Cloud dashboard itself does not load on any browser or network, the fix must be done by UiPath.

Could you please check try to clear the caches and cookies as well try to login and logout UiPath assistant and studio hope this works!
