UiPath Studio Restart Issue

While adding or copying the new read text file activity in xaml, it stats asking me to restart the UiPath Studio with message"An internal error is occurred, it is recommended to restart the UiPath Studio"

I have restarted my machine many times, Still the issue existing.

The issue still exists for Read Text File activity (“System.InvalidOperationException: A TwoWay or OneWayToSource binding cannot work on the read-only property ‘Content’ of type ‘System.Activities.Presentation.Model.ModelItemImpl’.”)

What Studio and what Package versions do you have?

problem fixed in prerelease version of the system package: v19.12:
