UiPath Studio randomly cannot hit the field and doesn't see selectors on virtual mashine

hello everyone! I have a problem with detecting selectors via UiPath in sap. I don’t know what could be the reason, but at random times the same robot cannot hit the field, and when I try to redefine it, it doesn’t see the field at all, only the entire section. the next day it works normally. Has anyone had such a problem?

I’ve already tried:
reinstall sap with scripting,
rz11 is true,
scripting allowed,
disabled information about trying to use the script,
windows user profile reinstalled,
the studio was also reinstalled.

I have no other ideas and I’m asking for advice. Thank you very much in advance for all your tips!

Welcome to the community

  1. Check if SAP is running with elevated permissions
  2. Are the user profiles in SAP are different or same?
  3. Check the event viewer logs to understand of there are any changes to system when bot fails to identify

  3. the problem is occuring in the two different SAP servers randomly, one of the servers is used for another robots and works fine
