UIPath studio quits when trying to record in windows 7

I installed uipath msi installer (trial version), opened the studio and tried to record basic or web.

However When I tried to select an element, the studio quits.

I have made sure I have the correct version of windows with patch.

How can I debug further? I did not see error message in Studio.txt

Have you tried reinstalling UiPath

Yes, Regardless of re-install this happens consistently. I have checked windows events and found none. Is there any crash dump generated?

I have symantec and zscaler running. Has this something to do with anti-virus?

also a Robot is running as a service. I installed as a non-administrator user.

Further updates. I manually ran the UIExplorer and it quits when an application is selected. It is not highlighting. Is there any logs I can see?

Got the culprit in windows event log. Will try to see if I can stop it.
