Happy Automation
Are you trying to connect as an Automation Developer? Or as an unattended robot? This makes the difference when signing in.
If you want to open Studio and build/run automations, you need to assign yourself an Automation Developer license and then connect via signing into Orchestrator.
Hi @JarrydScott @yedukondaluaregala
i want to open stuido, built flow, and run also want to publish so that i can run from assistant.
please let me know the steps
First open the assistant
Login from assistant
then open the studio
Open UiPath Assistant and click on your profile circle, and then select “Preferences”
Then select “Orchestrator Connection”:
Then type this URL in the sign in “UiPath Platform URL” field and hit “Sign in”:
It will automatically take you to your browser and open Orchestrator - you will get a popup asking you to login - say “Open UiPath” and it should connect.
You also need to make sure you have an Automation Developer license assigned in Orchestrator. Let me know if you require assistance with that.
This shows you don’t have the license assigned in Orchestrator.
Go to Admin settings in Orchestrator and select License tab. Make sure you have an Automation Developer license assigned to you:
Do you need me to assist you with steps for assigning a license or are you familiar?
@satyam_verma
Can you Click on signout from assistant and relogin then see it works or not.
UiPath Studio login issue is mainly caused because the user does not have an Automation Developer/Studio license assigned in Orchestrator.
Suggested fixes:
- Sign out from UiPath Assistant and log in again.
- In Orchestrator, go to Admin → Licenses and check whether the Studio/Automation Developer license is assigned to the user.
- After assigning the license, restart Assistant/Studio and try again.
