We have received the Enterprise UiPathPlatformInstaller.exe file to upgrade the UiPath version from v2018.1.3 to v2018.3.1.
However, after clicking on the ‘Upgrade’ button for the UiPath Studio Installation in UiPath PlatformInstaller.exe application, we noticed that the ‘initializing’ step is just keep spinning for few minutes and did nothing. after few minutes it will just go back to the previous screen for user to click on ‘Upgrade’ Button again. We have tried to uninstall the older version of UiPath Studio but it has the same issue.
Can you please help advise the root cause and provide the resolution?
