I cleared the cache and packages as per your advise. I also reinstalled UiPath. I made the group policy to default. Even though Studio crashed after creating a new process.

Hi @s.g.sureshbabu, UiPath.DiagTool.exe is located in the C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\UiPath\app-19.10.2\ folder. Please open a CMD prompt and run the following command: UiPath.DiagTool.exe --file report.zip
then kindly attach the .zip file here.
Thank you!
Hi @s.g.sureshbabu, we took a look at the logs you have provided and it seems that there is no clear indication of a fatal error that might close/crash Studio. The log contains only a small Studio log file from 17 December.
Could you please let us know if with the latest Stable version of Studio (19.12.0) have you still experienced the issue?
Hi @rohit_nirantar, could you also please let us know if with the latest Stable version of Studio (19.12.0), are you still experiencing the issue?
Thank you @s.g.sureshbabu. If you experience the same issue again, please generate the report.zip file again and attach it here (using the steps above).
Hi @Haoting_Chen, apologies for the belated response.
Our team has investigated the report you gave us, but unfortunately it seems that nothing indicates a possible crash. All of the errors are recoverable ones.
Could you please let us know some more details regarding the issue you are facing, in order to try to replicate it on our end:
What Studio, Windows and .NET version are you using on the machine? (you can copy the details using the ‘Copy info’ button from Backstage).
Are you working on a remote Virtual Machine or a local one?
What are the exact steps you are using in order to replicate this?
Is the project you are opening under Source Control (GIT)?
Have you tried clean installing the Studio application? → I mean cleaning up the following folders in order to install Studio again cleanly?
@coramia Thank you for reply!
It’s a little bit strange cause it became normal after 3 times reinstallation.
Will contact you if any problem occurs again.
Thank you, @Haoting_Chen. It may be that something remained ‘caught’ under the folders mentioned above. If the issue occurs again, please let us know. Have a nice day!
Hi All,
Initially I installed UiPath Studio after logged into Windows 10 Administrator. Studio was crashing after opening it. I installed latest Comminity Version. Even though studio was crashing. Later I uninstalled studio in Administrator. I created another User in the same Windows 10 machine without Administrator privileges. The User is a normal user . Logged out from Administrator and logged in with new user. Installed Uipath Studio. It started working fine.
This is how Studio crashing got resolved.
