Hello everyone, I need some help from licensing. Our contractor said that UiPath has policy for Cloud Automation with Starter Kit is mandatory and minimum we have to buy to setup automation, that including 2 unattended robot (covered Orchestrator license), 2 developer licenses, 1 unattended bot( non production). I don’t agree with them.
Please confirm about Starter Kit is mandatory for Cloud Automation?
Can we buy license directly from UiPath and not through representative sale in France ?

The UiPath Starter Kit is not mandatory for Cloud Automation. You can purchase the licenses that you need individually. However, the Starter Kit does include a number of benefits that may be helpful for your organization, such as:
Two unattended robots
Two developer licenses
One unattended bot (non-production)
Access to the UiPath Community
A one-year subscription to UiPath Academy
If you do not need all of the benefits that are included in the Starter Kit, you may be able to save money by purchasing the licenses that you need individually. However, you will need to make sure that you have the correct licenses in order to use Cloud Automation.
