Check if you are using any VPN connection, If so then try to disconnect and try again

Without VPN it is not working, if connected to VPN it is working.

That means it is configured to connect when VPN is enabled. It’s better to reach your admin regarding this.

They might configure the settings using below

Redirecting Robots through a Proxy Server.

If so then you have to check and remove those settings which will connect only through public network not on any VPN
