I cannot login to UiPath via sign in method when I click on sign in button goes gray to blue but it’s not redirecting to any page also it’s not throwing any error. It’s not responding at all.
I tried uninstalling and installing different versions. I tried clearing caches, temp, packages everything. But it’s not working. Before I used community version which was working fine when I try to install different version for enterprise edition it’s not working. Stuck with sign in button.
It’s seems default browser not set on your system. Follow these steps to set a default browser and then try clicking on the Login button.
It has default browser was set to edge, since it was not working I set it to chrome. Then also it’s not working. I turned off the pop up on both browsers
Could you please double check Windows Event Viewer for any Application errors that might be occurring the moment you click on the Sign in button?
Also, are you running any software that might interrupt the login attempt (firewall?).

Without offering a specific solution, I noticed that the highest patch version of your Studio is 23.10.9:
It might be a good idea to simply update to the latest patch and retrying. It might resolve the issue (even if by the simple fact of refreshing the installation to the latest version).
