How to resolve the when following "UiPath Service Orchestrator Core No User Session Exception: Use interactive login" exception is thrown?
This exception comes up for Orchestrator Cloud accounts, that still have interactive authentication enabled. These are the steps that a user must take to disable it,
- Go to Tenant > Settings > Security tab.
- Uncheck, “Enforce user authentication, disable Robot key authentication” option to connect the machine using Machine Key.
- If this option is greyed out and there is a notification to disable interactive authentication enforcement,
- Go to the cloud home page ->Admin ->Organization Settings and disable User license management. It should look like the following result,
