Your Mission

What you’ll do at UiPath?

• You will be architecting, designing, and developing rich progressive and internet scale web
applications with focus on performance and scalability of the Frontend.
• You will profile website speed with the Chrome DevTools, address performance issues and
constantly improve performance of the application.
• You will profile memory consumption with the performance profiler in chrome, optimize and fix
any memory leaks in the application.
• You will spread knowledge on performance improvements across the teams and create a culture
that encourages performance and scalability considerations during design and development.
• You will act as the face of the performance and scalability of the product helping onboard
customers/partners and ensuring their continued success.
• You will be mentoring and providing technical leadership to a team of engineers.
• You will employ Agile methodologies like Scrum to plan and deliver committed results keeping
relevant stakeholders in the loop along the way.
• You will be working closely with backend engineers to define the right interface for the front-end
application to consume.
• You will work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and UX Designers in defining
and prioritizing the roadmap of the area/product.
• You will analyze product usage and operational data to help drive improvements across your
area/product.
• You will participate in cross team/geo initiatives.

What you’ll bring to the team?

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, developing large scale commercial services with
robust performance, resiliency, and telemetry, delivered both Online and On Prem.
• 6+ years of expertise in JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript and building fluid user interfaces using
HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.
• Deep understanding and multiple years of hands-on experience with proven results improving the
performance and scalability of frontend both for browser as well as mobile applications.
• Experience in using Chrome DevTools performance profilers.
• Experience in using performance tools and techniques to simulate large enterprise environments,
such as JMeter.
• Strong customer passion, accountability, and drive to enhance customer experience working well
with teams across the organization.
• Strong bias for action, be adaptable and exhibit uninhibited entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do
attitude.
• Experience in Node.js and frameworks available for it like Express, Loopback, Meteor etc.
• Experience architecting, designing, and building large, scalable progressive cross bowser
compliant web applications using Angular.
• Familiarity with Angular development and testing best practices.
• Experience in providing technical leadership, mentoring, and driving team of engineers towards
defined objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, understanding of standard Data Structures & basic algorithms,
space & time complexities.
• Deep understanding of browser APIs, DOM rendering and events, async programming,
debugging, troubleshooting and application performance tuning skills.
