What you’ll do at UiPath?
• Manage and resolve complex issues and extend technical help to the rest of the team in resolving
ageing incidents.
• Troubleshoots product and configuration-related problems, tracing and identifying possible faults.
• Use trace analysis, debug skills, source code, and other proprietary tools to analyze problems and
develop solutions to meet customer needs.
• Manage crisis situations that may involve technically challenging issues and diverse audiences.
• Performs routine RCAs to identify patterns and approaches towards self-
service/automation/improvement of support processes and upskilling.
• Maps features into comprehensive documentation.
• Provides tooling insights and improvements for Product / Engineering.
• Creates/Shares knowledge and acts as Reviewer for Documentation.
• Help customers round the clock (24/7 shifts)

What you’ll bring to the team?

• Experience: Overall 6+ years in IT with 3+ years’ experience in a support role
• Graduates in Computer Science/IT with high knowledge of basic programming.
• Network protocols and network administration knowledge, network security with 3+ years of
experience.
• Good knowledge of security for cloud-based infrastructure
• Good knowledge of creating Server Cluster Architectures (Failover Clusters, High Availability
systems)
• Ability to work in a cloud-based or hosting environment (Microsoft Azure Cloud is a plus)
• Good Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and SQL Server
• Experience using automated monitoring tools (SCOM, SCCM, Nagios)
• Good Knowledge of ITIL and industry best practices
• Experience in writing PowerShell scripts is a plus
• Good Knowledge of Hyper-V, VMWare, Citrix XenApp/Xen-Desktop
• Experience with Web Server technologies, especially IIS
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other language is a plus
• Previous experience working with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, and Open-Span is a plus
• Previous working knowledge of Linux and Kubernetes is a plus
