UiPath sending junk/test emails to my account

I’m attaching two screenshots of the two emails I got this morning, 99% surely coming from UiPath via the Adobe Learning Manager.

If you’re doing tests, please get sure first you’re in a controlled, test environment, not production, and never use your customer’s emails to make the tests.

Basic common sense and IT procedures.

Very unprofessional.

I also got the first mail.
But it’s not clear who is the real sender.

Got it also - and deleted like any other junk
Cheers

Got these two emails also.
Wondering why it’s sending from adobe learning manager, with UiPath academy link.

Yep, me and my whole team got the same ones at the same times. Looks like someone didn’t realize they were testing in production!

Hi everyone,

I apologize in the name of UiPath Academy for these emails you got. They were sent by UiPath as part of an internal system test related to the UiPath Academy platform migration and were distributed unintentionally.

It may have included a link; while legitimate, we recommend that you do not access it at this time, as it points to an environment still under construction.

We want to reassure you that this was not a data breach. No customer data was exposed or compromised. The issue was limited to a misconfiguration of a user group, which we have addressed to prevent it from happening again.

Protecting your data is a top priority for UiPath, and we take the security and integrity of your information very seriously. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

If you have any further questions, please raise a ticket here. This will ensure your request is handled as quickly and effectively as possible. And if you want to change your email communication preferences, the fastest way is for you to do it from your profile.

I got the same email on my office ID too. I honestly thought it was part of our cybersecurity training, so I proudly reported it as phishing :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

I’m the first one to admit that it looks suspicious. I would have done the same.
