I recently reached out to the UiPath Sales team through this link: Contact Us | UiPath with questions regarding licensing and pricing.
I submitted my request on Monday, February 2, 2026, but I have yet to receive any response. I am checking my mail inbox daily and I filled out the form on the website twice now.
Is it typical for responses to take this long, or could there be another issue causing the delay?
