Uipath Robot Service getting stopped frequently

I have recently installed Uipath enterprise version in my system after uninstalling the community version. But the robot service is getting stopped frequently and everytime I have ask the IT team for admin rights and start the uipath robot service. Can anyone tell why this is happening??
And provide solution to it.
In uipath I am getting robot service unavailable

Are you connecting to any proxy server

Also check any Firewall / Antivirus block is happening
