UiPath Robot Service Error

Hi UiPath Community,

I am currently experiencing some weird error with UiPath Robot 19.4.4. I have reached out to UiPath Technical Support team but they are taking awhile to debug this problem. Maybe someone has experienced this problem and could help me with this. PS: I have tried upgrading to UiPath Robot version 19.10 and it is running fine. Did a fresh install of 19.4.4 but the same error occurred. The error is shown as below and the problem occurred when I try to start a job via UiPath Robot tray. Starting a job through orchestrator is fine. :frowning:

@quihan Can you please put a screenshots of the errors and the bot here?

Sure @santhoshreddy. If this is helpful. The error is similar to the one stated.

@quihan Correct me if I am wrong, you tried to upgrade the bot from 2019.4.4 to 19.10, and then you reverted back to 2019.4.4?

Yup, that’s right.

There might be 2 versions of robots on your machine right now. Please check it by searching “robot” in the bottom windows search bar.

Hi @santhoshreddy, I did a fresh installation and uninstalled the 19.10, so I only have one uipath robot now.

@quihan Please go to task manager and check if UiPath.Service.Host.exe and UiPath.Agent.exe are running.

@santhoshreddy Ya, they are both running.

Hi Quihan, were you able to sort out the issue? I am also having the same error. bot runs from system tray but throws error “Process Faulted”
