I have Orchestrator user that is connected and I don’t succeed to create the robot when I try to config the robot with the Orchestrator

It was because the licence it didn’t aloow me to create NonProduction robot

Hi @ArjunEY,
In his case the problem was caused by the license. Do you have available licenses for the robot type you want to provision? Same error can be caused by the FQDN of the machine, if this is too long the robot will not be able to connect to orchestrator, in this case you can use short name of the machine.
