UiPath Remote Runtime not working

Hi,

My client is accessing ERP via a Remote App, thus we have installed Remote Runtime as advised in below link in both Studio Machine and the Terminal Server which hosted the ERP.

But it is still doesnt work and we still unable to locate the selectors.
Please help.
