That is not an error
It is a message saying you to wait for few seconds for the project or sequence to load completely
Once it is loaded you can edit till then you can only view

Looks like it got stuck. Try clearing browser cache and restart the browser and try again. Ashok this is browser based it accumulate lots of cache memory which sometime can result in this behaviour.
still same issue i even tried another pc and still the same
Is it allowing to create new project and check?
Yes it works fine with the rest of the templates and new projects except this one
