Your Mission

The mission of technical support has always been to get customers back to work as rapidly as possible after they have suffered an interruption (incident) or if they need something (service request) The prime objective of customer service is to answer customer questions quickly and effectively, resolve issues with empathy and care, document pain points to share with internal teams, nurture relationships, and improve brand credibility.

What you’ll bring to the team?

• Experience in similar role or at least ~1 year of experience in one of the programming languages
[.Net, Java preferred]
• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosis, resolution & escalation
• Knowledge of Windows Architecture and Debugging.
• Knowledge of Debugging Tools -Sysinternals (Perfmon, Procmon, WinDbg, DebugView,
PrefView)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure and Application Deployment (Azure AppService and on-premises
IIS) and ability to troubleshoot networking, database and application configuration issues in
these environments.
• Kubernetes
• Linux (basic operation)
• Communication - Strong Command of the English Language, Active Listening, Writing skills,
