UiPath orchestrator update failed and rolled back and now unable to publish code

Hi all
We were trying to upgrade our on premise orchestrator and due to some issue we had to roll back.
But now after this we are unable to publish in prod orchestrator in either way
It’s not allowing to upload package or publish it through studio

Can anyone help or suggest something on this

Just an error occurred

Please check orchestrator logs in the server

It’s not generating logs
There
I checked event view logs and studio logs
Mentioned some package access issue
But we are not able to locate the location
