UiPath Orchestrator SAML2 Configuration for "***.my.idaptive.app" identity provider. "{"error":{"code":"UnsupportedApiVersion","message":"The HTTP resource that matches the request URI 'https://uipath-test.stg.internal.atlassian.com/Saml2/Acs' does not support HTTP method 'POST'.","innerError":null}}".

Issue:
UiPath Orchestrator SAML2 Configuration for "***.my.idaptive.app" identity provider.

Resolution:

Step 1: For ADFS for basic configuration check here and here.

  1. Post doing basic configuration update the ACS URL and Audience URL in the identity provider configuration page of "***.my.idaptive.app"
    1. ACS URL: https://Orchestrator URL/identity/Saml2/Acs
    2. Entity or Audience URL: https://Orchestrator URL/identity
  2. Updated the Service provider entity ID in orchestrator configuration as below:
    1. https://Orchestrator URL/identity

Step 2: varies based on identity providers. For "my.idaptive.app" identity provider, Saml2/Acs is not required only suffix till identity in the orchestrator URL
