Evertything back to normal,now is no errors and Orchestrator works fine.
The problem was that before rolling back serwer from snapshop I was performing an update to version 2019.10.18 from 2019.4.
There have to be changes on MS SQL Server too. When i restored the orchestrator server to state before update the MS SQL server has got a changes from never version and that causes all this erros.
I installed again version 2019.10.18 and all works fine.

We had this issue occur and we rebooted the server and it resolved the issue. Also, Uipath had referenced it on their ‘Known Issue’ page and stated " To prevent the exception, fix your DNS records in your Azure Active Directory." I hope that helps.
