Uipath orchestrator job?

Even if you execute multiple jobs with uipath orchestrator, they will not be put on hold and will fail.
After updating from uipath robot to uipath assistant.
Did something change?
The license is uipath community edition.

If you submit the second job, the following error will occur.

The job is starting on a particular robot.
I also tried dynamic allocation, but even after the first job is finished, the second and subsequent jobs are forever pending and will not run.
