Yeah, I thought I was the only one as couldn’t find anyone else with issues in the Forum… Maybe its only an issue surrounding first sign in or login/Autho etc etc… So its working for people logged in already, but will not allow a new login…
Other than my phone is Android not iPhone, I have also been having issues the last few days… I assumed it may be fallout from the Orchestrator outage last week, maybe a fix to that, broke the link to the phone app… I have used the app for years with no issues…
On Android, it is stuck in a login loop, you login (I have always used google account login) screen briefly says it has logged you in and offers a choice of staying in the app or using browser, but disappears as soon as it pops up and then just goes back to a pop up box saying Authorization Token Expired and takes you back to the Automation Cloud/On-Prem login screen…
I have spent a long time checking its not my cache, clearing data, cache, cookies etc etc uninstalling, reinstalling app, using different browsers, in all combinations etc etc etc etc… to no avail…
Super frustrating…!!! Please, please fix…
