UiPath open Quick Assist/Remote Desktop

Hello everyone!

I have the concern that I want to create an automated process where the Quick Assist of Windows 10 is opened. Then you want to assist another person and send the code to the person via email. How can that be coded? (I’m very new to UiPath so sorry for that, maybe, easy question.

I tried it with the Open Application activity and put the directory and the quickassist.exe in the FileName but when I want to chose the screen as my selector I get a pop up which says that it doesn’t allow me to do that and I maybe need more rights. Can someone help?
