UiPath not unlocking Windows 7 desktop on scheduled orchestrator package

Hello,

We have packages on our orchestrator scheduled to run on Windows 7 desktops. On schedule, we see the bots become busy in orchestrator however it does not unlock the desktops to start the automation. Once we unlock the desktop manually, that is just when UiPath starts the automation. How can we get the bot to start even without us unlocking the desktop manually?

It could be due to the windows credentials, either not supplied or wrong credentials supplied.

We have checked the credentials supplied and they are correct. We have tried it for 2 desktops however the BOT only starts once we’ve manually logged in Windows.
