UiPath not recognizing SAP elements

Scenario: UiPath does not recognize SAP elements

Steps to reproduce: Perform any desktop function using an SAP element.

Current Behavior: Does not capture SAP element

Expected Behavior: Captures SAP element and executes functions (click, type into)

Studio/Robot/Orchestrator Version: 2018.3.1

Last stable behavior: 2018.3.1
Last stable version: 2018.3.1
OS Version: Windows 10 64bit
Others if Relevant: (workflow, logs, .net version, service pack, etc):

I tried the steps in this article and still no luck - SAP Selectors - Identify Each Element - Troubleshoot Steps

The IT team has installed and enabled scripting on the SAP server and I validated that "True’ was set as the variable.

If I try to perform a simple click action, nothing registers or happens and I don’t have the option to save the recording.

How can I find my License key to get support? My organization has bought numerous licenses.

For future reference. You need to utilize the command prompt to obtain license keys
