Uipath not working can't open any projects

Hi Everyone,
Since 2 days. My UiPath is Not working. I reinstalled the UiPath studio and Now my Studio opens but I can’t open any projects or create any projects. I am getting this error below.
I tried clearing packages and uipath folder also I have no firewall protection or antivirus installed. I am also attached screenshot of
