Uipath new version to run the bot takes longer to load with existing libraries reloading every time

Its windows with two different version of UiPath on different environments. One is the latest UiPath and the other is about a 4 to 5 months old. no legacy systems. will what I am describing in the earlier post work what do you suggest to do?

What version of studio and orchestrator are you using?
Are the processes Windows - Legacy, Windows or Cross-platform?
