UiPath MDM Pixel error with appium

I am not able to connect to a virtual emulated android device(AVD), getting the following error in Mobile Device Manager(UiPath) while trying to connect. My appium version is: 2.2.1

The error is:

Could not determine the device pixel ratio.
Please ensure that the current Appium version is at least 1.15.0.

When using a device cloud, please consult the documentation and set the provider-specific Appium version parameter to the latest supported version after 1.15.0 for your current operating system version.

**Can i downgrade appium/appium driver versions? Will this solve the problem? If so, what versions I need to install?

Per Could not determine device pixel ratio - #2 by Anil_G it’s a known bug that was supposed to be fixed in Studio version 23.10, but I am still able to reproduce it after upgrading to 23.10. Unfortunately I cannot use mobile automation at all.

The issue was fixed on the 23.10.2 patch
